Me and my girl and boy, raising awareness and acceptance of autism

Saturday 7th April

Today started very early with D being sick during the night, never seen her look so green. Once everything was changed and cleaned up, she settled back down. I did not. Because she’s prone to convulsions and has Melatonin prescribed to help her sleep, my massive worry is that she would be sick in her sleep and not wake up and choke. A good time to start my Kathy Lette book then – The Boy Who Fell To Earth.

We kept the day very quiet for her. She spent most of it under her Club Penguin blanket on the sofa, watching her DVD of the moment – Monsters v Aliens. She knows that film practically word for word now and will tell you the next scene before it arrives. No more sickness so hopefully whatever it was is now out of her system. When she wasn’t snuggled up on the sofa, she was incredibly cuddly.

T’s under 9’s football team finally broke their dry spell against a certain other football team and drew 2:2. The first time ever that they haven’t lost to them. Happy team, happy coaches (Hubbie is one of them).

So..hoping for a better night tonight. Hope you’ve all had a good day. Comments/RTs as ever welcomed, thanks for reading Jx 😘
